Demonstrating “carbon emission reduction” as economic development strategy for efficiency, productivity and competitiveness in municipal and SMEs processes: (i) documenting 30 cases studies of recent carbon reduction initiatives in municipal and SME context, (ii) training nationwide 40 “Carbon-Counsellors” to assist municipal administration and SMEs develop carbon reduction investment and (iii) deriving a national action plan for carbon reduction investment uptake for municipalities and SMEs.
Establishment of decentralized electrification solutions relying on the E2Co skills and competences
Managed a successful model programme for the development of model feasibility studies for the establishment of decentralized electrification solutions relying on the E2Co skills and competences to successfully reach out to a numbers of peri-urban and rural communities (population and SMEs) in East Africa.

EC- Advance ICT based pilot e-Government instruments in the ACP region targeted at poverty reduction within the context of the Millennium Goals using 8 pilot services municipalities from 3 different ACP countries as source of good practices.
